NO ONLINE GALLERY
We have seen government computers hacked with the best cyber protection there is and yet boudoir photographers still think that putting their clients images online on social media or on their website in even private galleries means they are safe. The truth is they are not.
So here we do things a little differently, hopefully you can feel my boudoir style through these carefully selected images. But if not and you'd like to see a full gallery of images lets get you into the studio to view an album in person! I want to keep my clients images as best protected as I can and that means keeping them off the internet in all ways.
If you have more questions or want to know about the process, how sessions flow, why to do one or any of that other good content, head on over to my private Facebook group for women only; where we discuss common questions and post limited photos for learning purposes only and with complete permission of the client click the link and request to join!
Frequently Asked Questions
1. Where is the session held?
All boudoir sessions are held in my studio at 1052 Oak Forest Drive Suite 190, Onalaska, Wisconsin.
2. What will you shoot?
At Lemonade Photos our boudoir sessions are for women age 18 years and older only. We do not shoot men or couples. All sessions are considered high fashion boudoir, exposed breasts and bootys (if the client is comfortable are acceptable). No genitalia or what would be considered erotica are ever photographed.
3. Can I bring someone along to my session?
Absolutely! I highly recommend a girlfriend who will pump you up, make you laugh and generally be a positive companion for the process.
4. Can I bring someone to my ordering reveal appointment?
HECK YES! Bring someone who will ooh and ahh right along with you. Leave the highly critical at home (we don't want that negativity!).
5. What do you do with the photos after the session? Do they go online anywhere?
I believe in security and safety. And the internet is not secure or safe. All your images are processed in house. After your ordering appointment all digital images will be given to you on a beautiful crystal flash drive and all prints and products will be handed to you in person. Your images never see the web for some random person to see!
6. Can I have alcohol to relax myself?
A drink or two prior to your session is ok, however there is a line that cannot be crossed. Glassy eyes are not beautiful and you need to be in complete control of your person.
7. Do you retouch me? Get rid of rolls and imperfections?
Policies in this studio are that if it wasn't caused by ill fitted wardrobe, or something that will be gone in a week (blemishes, bruises, etc) it stays. My job is to show you how beautiful you are. The human form, when it bends and twists has natural things that happen no matter your size. Taking that away would make you look fake, and I'm in the business of showing you your badass self!
8. Products and pricing? How does this all work and how much will I spend?
Boudoir photography is a luxury service. To book there is a $1290 session fee. This covers the entire process from start to finish and gives you a head start on your ordering appointment. $1000 of your session fee is set aside to be applied towards your package selection on the day of the ordering appointment. Most clients will spend between $2-$3000 in total.
9. What do I bring for wardrobe? How do I style my hair and makeup?
I recommend a clean and classic bra and panty set (high wasted is always flattering), a one-piece lingerie bodysuit, and something clean and classic like a slip. I do have client closet pieces to fit every body for layering and you can take a look at these when in the studio for your planning session.
For your makeup and hair, as this will be provided, you need to come to the studio with clean dry hair and a clean fresh face. My HMUA will provide you with camera ready hair and makeup.
10. I don't know how to pose and do not feel comfortable in front of the camera, will you do all the posing or am I expected to know?
Girl, I got you! I will pose you, set you up, even tell you exactly where to place your hands right down to how to tilt your head and which toe to pop. Getting the beautiful images is my job and that means putting you in the poses that are going to make your figure shine!
